Thanks to the generosity of the good people of Penn Hills, we have one of the finest food pantries in the area, and we are able to supply families with a generous assortment of canned and staple goods. Each family we help receives a certificate with which to purchase meat, dairy products, or produce.
Recipients are screened through the hotline and receive food about
once a month by appointment. Qualified recipients include people
who are disabled, unemployed, single parents, on welfare, living
on a small pension, or low income. Volunteers operate the entire
program.
